子宫内放置节育环是最常用的避孕方法之一。已婚与已育妇女若身体健康、月经规律、生殖器官正常,凡要求或同意避孕者,皆可选用宫内放置节育环方式。因其操作简便且具有一旦遇特殊情况将环摘取仍可再孕的优越性,因此,传统习俗使我国育龄妇女,尤其广大农村妇女比较愿意接受这种避孕方式。经统计,我国带环妇女约占避孕妇女的一半,也约占全世界带环妇女的一半。然而,带环妇女若高枕无忧,放任自流,则可能发生计划外怀孕,或脱环妊娠、带环妊娠。倘若如此,唯有
