信息战是信息技术发展和广泛应用于军事领域的必然产物,是集中体现现代高技术战争本质与特点的新的战争形态。舰船电子工程是海上信息战需求牵引和电子技术发展推动的产物,是在需求牵引和技术推动下迅速形成的具有自己特色的技术门类。本文简介了信息战的作战能力、作战应用和对舰船电子工程的挑战,并就舰船电子工程的发展趋势和迎接挑战的若干对策进行了深入探讨和全面阐述。
Information warfare is an inevitable outcome of the development of information technology and its widespread application in the military field. It is a new form of war that embodies the essence and characteristics of modern high-tech war. Ship electronic engineering is a product of demand-driven and electronic technology development of maritime information warfare. It is a rapidly emerging technology category with unique features driven by demand traction and technology. This article briefly introduces the operational capabilities of information warfare, its operational applications, and its challenges to shipbuilding electronic engineering. It also discusses and elaborates on the development trend of shipbuilding electronic engineering and some countermeasures to meet the challenges.
