神经根型颈稚病是颈稚病的最常见类型,“三小”定点整脊技术为我院特色治疗手段,其小角度、小力度、小幅度的特点,决定了整脊复位的准确性、安全性.本文对其手法特点及调整颈椎动、静力学平衡,恢复筋柔骨正状态,消除致病因素,缓解临床症状,恢复颈椎正常生理曲度的治病机制进行了探讨,以指导临床实践,提高疗效.“,”Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is the most common type of cervical spondylosis ,the three des-ignated chiropractic treatment is a unique treatment method in our hospital,with small angle,small force and small range,and it is of high accuracy and safety. In this paper,the characteristic of the three designated chiropractic treatment and the mechanism like adjusting the cervical dynamic and static balance ,restoring muscle and bone balance state,eliminating pathogenic factors,so as to relieve the clinical symptoms,and re-cover cervical normal physiological curvature were discussed. It could be applied to guide clinical practice and improve the clinical effects.
