闭锁综合征是有四肢瘫痪和核上性球麻痹,但无意识障碍,能用眼球运动和瞬目表达意识的病症。以前报道的有关病例多为两侧桥脑腹侧病变,而两侧大脑脚或包括两旁部位病变的报道则极为少见。作者介绍了1例因双侧大脑脚梗塞而导致的闭锁综合征诊治经过。
Atresia syndrome is a condition with quadriplegia and supranuclear palsy but unconsciousness that can be expressed with eye movements and blinking. Previously reported cases were mostly ventral pontine lesions on both sides of the brain, and both sides of the cerebral peduncle or lesions including both sides of the report is extremely rare. The author introduced a case of occlusion syndrome caused by bilateral cerebral infarction.
