公 司 简 况 该公司成立于1961年,1973年推出了1034x型片子探针。在那以后,1034x便成了器件制造行业的标准测试设备。接着,在1982年又研制出了2001x型探针,并连续推出了2010x、3001x型探针。本公司的测试设备从1034x型起就采用了先进的承片台机构—x—y线性电机承片台,并辅以独特的软件。做为中间测试设备,该公司的产品约占世界产量的百分之六十。
Company Profile Founded in 1961, the company introduced the 1034x sheet probe in 1973. Since then, the 1034x has become standard test equipment in the device manufacturing industry. Then, in 2001, the 2001x probe was developed and the 2010x and 3001x probes were successively introduced. The company’s test equipment from the 1034x-type since the use of advanced Taiwan -x-y-linear motor bearing units Taiwan, supplemented by unique software.
