在经济全球化时代,知识产权与国际贸易之间的联系日益密切,知识产权的广泛运用已成为国际贸易发展的核心竞争力,知识产权的有效保护也已成为国际贸易发展的强大推动力。宁波在发展国际贸易过程中还存在一些知识产权方面的问题。为转变增长方式,促进转型升级,必须抓紧制定宁波发展国际贸易的知识产权战略。该战略基本框架包括六个方面:强化知识产权意识、加强知识产权开发、加强知识产权引进、加强知识产权运用、加强知识产权保护、加强知识产权人才培养。
In the era of economic globalization, the links between intellectual property and international trade have become increasingly closer. The extensive application of intellectual property has become the core competitiveness of international trade and the effective protection of intellectual property has become a powerful impetus to the development of international trade. Ningbo also has some intellectual property problems in the process of developing international trade. In order to change the mode of growth and promote the transformation and upgrading, we must make every effort to formulate an intellectual property strategy for Ningbo’s development of international trade. The strategic framework consists of six aspects: strengthening awareness of intellectual property rights, strengthening the development of intellectual property rights, strengthening the introduction of intellectual property rights, strengthening the use of intellectual property rights, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights and strengthening the training of intellectual property personnel.
