为探索冠脉痉挛(CAS)前后心功能变化及其与脑血流、血管活性物质的关系,笔者从动物实验角度,应用多种检测手段研究CAS后心脑间的相互关系,以求在CAS-冠状动脉血栓形成(CATH)-急性心肌梗死(AMI)动物模型的基础上观察CAS后心脑间的病理生理变化,从而揭示心脑综合征的发病规律。
To explore the changes of cardiac function before and after coronary artery spasm (CAS) and its relationship with cerebral blood flow and vasoactive substances, the author studied the relationship between heart and brain after applying CAS with various testing methods in the aspect of animal experiment, - To observe the pathophysiological changes between heart and brain after CAS based on the animal model of coronary artery thrombosis (CATH) -cute myocardial infarction (AMI), so as to reveal the pathogenesis of cardio-cerebral syndrome.
