输卵管结扎术为传统的输卵管绝育法。因操作简单、安全可靠,在我国广泛采用。但偶有术后自然复通的可能。现将我们自1977年～1997年20年间遇到的83例双侧输卵管结扎术后自然复通再次妊娠的资料进行分析,探讨原因。 1 临床资料 资料来自陕西省计划生育指导所和西安医科大学第二附属医院妇产科。
