在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动的推动下,为了夺取水稻更高产,在培育水稻良种上有较大突破,我们用水稻和具有穗大、粒多、抗倒、抗寒等特征特性的高粱进行属间远缘有性杂交,初步培育出了新的晚糯稻品种——高梁稻(A型)。这一育种实践不仅为今后广泛深入开展这方面工作奠定了一定基础,而且也给遗传学理论研究提出一个新的课题。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line, driven by the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and the Pilot and Punch Movement, in order to seize more high-yielding rice and make major breakthroughs in cultivation of rice varieties, Sorghum with characteristics of multi-resistance, anti-down and cold-resistance were inter-genus distantly sexually crossed, and a new late glutinous rice variety-sorghum rice (A type) was initially cultivated. This practice of breeding not only laid a certain foundation for conducting extensive and in-depth work in this field in the future, but also put forward a new topic for the study of genetics.
