川劳社办[2009]3号根据国务院《工伤保险条例》和《四川省人民政府关于贯彻〈工伤保险条例〉的实施意见》(川府发[2003]42号)的规定,结合国家2009年调整企业退休人员基本养老金的通知精神,现就工伤人员伤残津贴(或伤残抚恤金、基本养老金,下同)、生活护理费和供养亲属抚恤金等待遇调整问题通知如下,请遵照执行。
According to the Regulations of the State Council on Work Injury Insurance and the Opinions of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government on the Implementation of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance (Chuanfu Fa [2003] No. 42), Chuanlao She Ban [2009] No. 3, In order to adjust the notice of the basic pension for the retirees of enterprises, we hereby notify you of the adjustment of the remuneration for injured workers (or disability pension, basic pension, the same below), living allowances and dependents’ pension entitlements as follows carried out.
