清河坊历史文化特色街区保护工程清河坊历史街区地处杭州上城区中心区,东起中河中路,西至华光路,南起吴山北侧,北至高银巷,街区总用地面积约13．66公顷。项目一期自2000年6月启动保护建设,至2004年10月基本修缮(修复)完成,并开街投入使用。历史街区的保护与建设再现古城风貌,集“游、购、娱、吃、住、行”于一体,建成具有杭城特色、环境典朴、功能完备、管理规范、古风扑面的步行街区。经过多年的保护和修缮(修复),其消防、电力、电信、给排水等基础功能设施得以完善,使人真实感受古杭州街坊的平静和安逸,具有极佳的人居环境。
Qinghefang historical and cultural characteristic block protection project Qinghefang historical block is located in Hangzhou Shangcheng District, east of Zhonghe Road, west of Huaguang Road, north of Wushan in the north, north of Gaoyin Lane, block total land area of about 13. 66 hectares.
