建立了无灰化石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定蒸馏酒中锰和铅。经优选干燥温度、时间及原子化温度,使一次程序升温周期分别缩短为锰17s、铅20s。比较了普通石墨管与热解镀层石墨管对锰测定的影响,观察乙醇对锰、铅测定的干扰,并提出消除干扰的方法。所建立的方法简便、快速,检出限(3σ)为锰2.2ng/ml,铅1.1ng/ml;回收率为锰(50ng/ml)104.2%,铅(50ng/ml)100.8%;RSD值为锰4.53%,铅4.23%。
An ashless graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established for direct determination of manganese and lead in distilled liquor. After the optimal drying temperature, time and atomization temperature, the temperature rise cycle of one program was reduced to manganese 17s and lead 20s respectively. The influence of ordinary graphite tube and pyrolytic graphite tube on the determination of manganese was compared. The interference of ethanol on the determination of manganese and lead was observed and the method of eliminating interference was proposed. The established method was simple and rapid. The detection limit (3σ) was 2.2ng / ml for manganese and 1.1ng / ml for lead. The recovery was 104.2% for manganese (50ng / ml) .8%; RSD value of 4.53% manganese, lead 4.23%.
