本文从当前国内缺电情况,和长江防洪、开发的紧迫感出发,阐述了三峡建设的必要性。三峡是超巨型工程,综合效益显著,举世瞩目。但对工程技术优势,地理生态环境,以及投资、淹没和移民等问题,信息反馈不一。本文认为这些都有充分的论证,不必为虑;从当前经济发展战略看,上三峡是上策。
Based on the current situation of power shortage in China and the sense of urgency for flood control and development of the Yangtze River, this article elaborates the necessity of the Three Gorges construction. The Three Gorges Project is a giant project with remarkable comprehensive benefits and attracts worldwide attention. However, the engineering and technical advantages, geographical and ecological environment, as well as investment, inundation and immigration and other issues, different feedback. This article argues that these are all fully justified and need not be taken into account. From the current economic development strategy, the Three Gorges is the best policy.
