中等职业学校担负着为社会培养技能型人才和高素质的劳动者的任务,根据岗位的要求从职业知识和职业技能两个方面进行课程的组织、实施与管理是现代职业教育的基本要求。中等职业学校尤其是县级职教中心正在逐步摆脱普教模式,正在向现代化的职业教育模式转变,处于变革期的中等职业学校在课程管理中存在诸多的问题进行分析和研究并据此提出解决的策略具有重要的现实意义。
Secondary vocational schools are shouldering the task of cultivating skilled talents and high-quality laborers for the society. According to the job requirements, the organization, implementation and management of the curriculum from two aspects of professional knowledge and vocational skills are the basic requirements of modern vocational education. Secondary vocational schools, especially county-level vocational education centers are gradually getting rid of the model of universal education and are moving towards a modern vocational education model. There are many problems in curriculum management of secondary vocational schools in the period of change, which are analyzed and researched and solved accordingly The strategy has important practical significance.
