用原子吸收分光光度法测得42只健康成龄犬的血清锌含量为14.8±2.0mmol/L,血清铜含量为13.6±.7mmol/L;29只犬的肝锌含量为2.4±0.4mmol/g(干重),肝铜含量为2.8±1.0mml/L(干重)。血清及肝脏锌、铜含量均无明显性别差异。血清锌与肝锌含量间呈正相关,血清铜与肝锌铜含量无明显相关。在一般喂养条件下犬血清锌、铜波动不大。增加锌摄入量可使血清锌和肝锌水平迅速上升,血清铜水平迅速下降,而肝铜变化迟缓。
The serum zinc content of 42 healthy adult dogs was 14.8 ± 2.0mmol / L and the serum copper content was 13.6 ± 7mmol / L by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The liver zinc content of 29 dogs was 2.4 ± 0.4mmol / g (dry weight), liver copper content of 2.8 ± 1.0mml / L (dry weight). Serum and liver zinc, copper content were no significant gender differences. Serum zinc and liver zinc content was positively correlated, serum copper and liver zinc and copper content was not significantly correlated. Dogs serum zinc, copper fluctuations in general feeding conditions. Increase zinc intake can make serum zinc and liver zinc levels rose rapidly, serum copper levels decreased rapidly, and liver copper changes slowly.
