用甲醇/二氯甲烷/水等混合溶剂对哈萨克族常用食品新鲜酸奶疙瘩进行浸泡、过柱、吸附、提取的提取液及水浸泡液经酸化和碱化处理后的提取液,在Ames试验和微核试验中均未见明显致突变活性,因此认为新疆哈萨克族常用食品——新鲜酸奶疙瘩无致突变作用。
