本文叙述一种用于对X射线探伤机的辐射参数进行检定测试的多参数综合检测仪。采用指形电离室为主测量电离室。透射型电离室为监督电离室。由8031微处理器根据键盘操作指令控制双道测量主机的不同工作状态。采用智能驱动器控制步进扫描架或半值层片架的移动。仪器测量能量范围:100~400kVX射线;主电离室能响:≤±3%;不确定度:4%。可按照JJG40—93《射线探伤机》国家计量检定规程对X射线探伤机检测;输出量、半值层、焦点、射束均匀场、辐射圆锥角、射束中心轴与几何中心轴偏离量等参数。
