铁人王进喜纪念馆作为我国第一座工人纪念馆,以“爱国、创业、求实、奉献——石油魂”为主题,在建筑设计、馆区规划等方面力求与馆内陈列布展有机结合,做到馆内与馆外遥相呼应,形成内容与形式的高度统一,实现了事迹陈列与精神升华完美结合。通过厚重、大气、质朴、昂扬、粗犷、豪放的建筑布展风格,使陈列内容厚重、主题突出、特色鲜明、展示生动,全方位、多侧面、立体化塑造铁人王进喜的人物形象与功绩,充分展现了英雄人物的精神内涵,彰显了企业文化特征的同时,满足了观众对人文品质的需求。
