目的总结硼替佐米联合地塞米松治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的不良反应及护理对策。方法采用硼替佐米联合地塞米松的方案治疗MM 11例,观察其治疗效果及不良反应,并提出相应的护理措施。结果胃肠道反应8例,骨髓抑制7例,神经毒性反应2例,转氨酶升高2例。结论临床使用硼替佐米联合地塞米松治疗MM时,应及时发现用药后出现的不良反应并做出相应的处置。
Objective To summarize the adverse reactions and nursing strategies of bortezomib and dexamethasone in the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods 11 cases of MM treated with bortezomib and dexamethasone were enrolled in this study. Their therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were observed and corresponding nursing measures were proposed. Results Gastrointestinal reactions in 8 cases, bone marrow suppression in 7 cases, 2 cases of neurotoxic reactions, elevated transaminase in 2 cases. Conclusion When bortezomib and dexamethasone are used in the treatment of MM, adverse reactions should be promptly found after treatment and the corresponding treatment should be made accordingly.
