作者自1965年至1989年共针刺急性青光眼320只眼,取得立杆见影效果,特报告如下。临床资料针治青光眼296人,男123人,女173人,双眼24人,单眼272人,计320只眼。其中急闭型230只眼,慢闭急性发作者68只眼,近绝对期急性发作者22只眼。用毫针2寸长及皮肤常规消毒,选穴球后部位进针.让患者向前上视,皮肤针进要迅速,随缓缓向球后推进,当针进至约44～47mm 深时,患者不自主地有仰头动作,这时有眼胀感,即达到了睫状神经节
