表扬,作为一种教学手段,它对培养学生的自信心和创新思维能力具有重要意义。众所周知,当学生成绩较差或犯了错误时,教师绝不能动辄批评甚至挖苦。在指出学生不足的同时,还应多鼓励他们,要善于发现学生身上的闪光点,这将有利于学生的成长与进步。所以在一定程度上说,“好孩子是夸出来的”。下面就如何有效发挥表扬的作用谈谈笔者的认识:
Praise, as a teaching method, it is of great significance to cultivate students’ self-confidence and creative thinking ability. As we all know, when students have poor performance or make mistakes, teachers must not criticize or even sarcasm. While pointing out the shortage of students, they should also be encouraged to learn more about the bright spots on the students. This will help students’ growth and progress.
