2017年7月14日上午,中国流动眼科手术车“复明12号”捐赠仪式在河北会堂举行。中国妇女发展基金会副理事长秦国英、亚洲防盲基金会副会长、行政总裁陈梁悦明,河北省妇联主席贾玉英、叶氏化工集团联席行政总裁王旭、河北省直属机关第一门诊部医务工作者、省内各大媒体及相关人员参加了捐赠仪式。捐赠仪式上,中国妇女发展基金会、亚洲防盲基金会、叶氏化工集团共同向河北省妇联递交捐赠牌;中国妇女发展基金会副理事长秦国英向亚洲防盲基金会颁发证书;河北省妇联主席贾玉英代表省妇联向中国妇女发展基金会、叶氏化工集团敬献了锦旗。
