目的:观察低能量氦氖激光血管内照射疗法(ILIB)对脑梗塞的治疗效果。方法:对照观察38例脑梗塞急性期患者的临床疗效、血液流变学变化,并应用放射免疫法测定血浆血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP140)浓度。结果:ILIB组的临床总有效率为92%,治疗后血液流变学指标及血浆GMP140浓度较治疗前均有明显下降。结论:ILIB疗法可降低血液粘度,抑制血小板聚集功能,在药物治疗基础上,应用该疗法可取得更好的临床效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of low-energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy (ILIB) on cerebral infarction. Methods: The clinical efficacy, hemorheological changes of 38 patients with acute cerebral infarction were observed and compared. The plasma platelet α - particle protein 140 (GMP140) concentration was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The total clinical effective rate in ILIB group was 92%. The indexes of hemorheology and the concentration of plasma GMP140 after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion: ILIB therapy can reduce blood viscosity and inhibit platelet aggregation. Based on the drug therapy, the therapy can achieve better clinical results.
