本文总结了应用液氮喷雾冷冻疗法,治疗15例面部皮肤肿瘤的治疗效果:1～3年治愈率为100％;其优点:疗效良好,设备简易和付作用小。阐述了uvR随海拔高度的递增迅速增强的规律:如海拔3000m处,其辐射强度是海平面处的1.52倍;4000m处是1.86倍。进一步论证了uvR的致癌作用机制,及其致癌作用同年令、性别、职业、籍贯和种族等的关系,因而提出了对面部皮肤肿瘤的有效预防措施。采取有效的防治措施,能够克服高原强烈uvR对暴露部位皮肤的危害。
This article summarizes the application of liquid nitrogen spray cryotherapy for the treatment of 15 cases of facial skin tumors: 1 to 3 years the cure rate was 100%; its advantages: good effect, simple equipment and pay small. The rule that uvR increases rapidly with increasing altitude is described. For example, at 3000m above sea level, the radiation intensity is 1.52 times at sea level and 1.86 times at 4000m. The mechanism of carcinogenic effect of uvR and its carcinogenic effect on the same year, sex, occupation, origin and ethnicity were further demonstrated. Thus, effective preventive measures against facial skin tumors were proposed. Take effective control measures, to overcome the strong uvR plateau exposed parts of the skin hazards.
