我院于1979年收治一男性,19岁学生,因其孪兄在外地被发现患有青光眼(宽角型),心中恐懼而来检查。 全身检查无异常,眼部检查,视力:右眼近视,矫正视力1.0,左1.2。双眼角膜,前房,瞳孔未见异常。眼底:右以-10D见视乳头稍大,杯/盤比0.6(垂直径),血管屈膝状,左以-1D见视乳头正常大小,杯/盤比0.5,无明显血管屈膝现象。前房角镜检查:宽角。视野检查中心及周边均正常。眼压:右24.38mmHg,左20.55mmHg(Schiotz)。入院后进行青光眼激发试验,饮水试验:右眼差距11mmHg。左眼差13mmHg;加压试验,妥拉苏林试验
Our hospital admitted to a male in 1979, 19-year-old student, because his twin was found in the field suffering from glaucoma (wide-angle type), the fear of heart to check. No abnormalities in whole body examination, eye examination, visual acuity: right eye myopia, corrected visual acuity 1.0, left 1.2. Eyes cornea, anterior chamber, pupil no abnormalities. Fundus: -10D see the right slightly larger than the optic disc, cup / disk ratio of 0.6 (vertical diameter), blood vessels bent knee, left to -1D see the normal size of the optic nerve, cup / disk ratio of 0.5, no significant vessel flexor phenomenon. Gonioscopy: wide angle. Vision Center and the surrounding areas are normal. Intraocular pressure: right 24.38 mmHg, left 20.55 mmHg (Schiotz). After admission, glaucoma challenge test, drinking water test: the right eye gap 11mmHg. Left eye difference 13mmHg; pressure test, Torah Surin test
