目的分析2008年4~5月新疆奇台总场小学校发生猩红热暴发流行及处置。方法进行流行病学调查,根据患者临床症状、体症以及实验室检测确定疫情。结果调查785人,发病90人,患病率12%。结论奇台总场小学点状暴发流行猩红热病,应引起各主管部门的高度重视,提高家长及学生预防传染病的知识,并提高自我保护意识,疾病控制部门应切实加强对学校的传染病监测。
Objective To analyze the epidemic and treatment of scarlet fever in Qitai primary school from April to May in 2008. Methods Epidemiological survey, according to the patient’s clinical symptoms, physical illness and laboratory testing to determine the outbreak. Results A survey of 785 people, the incidence of 90 people, the prevalence of 12%. Conclusions The primary epidemic of primary scarlet epidemic in Qitai primary school should arouse the attention of all administrations, raise the knowledge of parents and students in prevention of infectious diseases, and raise the awareness of self-protection. The disease control department should strengthen the monitoring of infectious diseases in schools .
