2003年11月13日至16日由铁道部科技司、安监司、运输局共同组织召开了《铁路车站非正常作业进路安全监督装置》铁道行业标准审查会。参加会议的有铁道部科技司、安监司、运输局、九个铁路局、部标准所等单位的三十余名代表。首先由标准主要起草人向与会代表介绍了起草标准原则、工作过程、主要内容,意见汇总处理结果等情况,同时有关代表介绍了非正常作业进路安全监督装置用管修等方面的经验。代表们在听取了标准情况介绍后,对标准送审
November 13, 2003 to 16 by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Secretary for Safety Supervision, Transport Bureau jointly organized the “Railway Station Abnormal Operation Road Safety Supervision Device” railway industry standards review.
