本文从总结我国水工渐变段施工的经验出发,提出:根据施工的需要将渐变段分成若干等节,求其分节断面图与展开图;各分节段展开图按照放样的要求用直角坐标值的形式表达出来;应用电子计算机实现渐变段计算的自动化,编制不同形式与大小的渐变段施工放样函数表。这就不但能够解决渐变段施工中的有关问题,而且对水工设计也将有一定的参考意义。现对水工上常见的一种渐变段施工放样解算的原理与方法介绍如下,并以我国某大型水电站发电引水钢管渐变段为实例,进行计算,以供参考。
This paper summarizes the construction experience of hydraulic gradient section in our country, and puts forward that: according to the needs of construction, the gradient section is divided into several sections, and its sectional sections and expanded views are obtained. In accordance with the requirements of lofting, The value of the form of expression; the use of computerized gradual paragraph to achieve the automation of the calculation, the preparation of different forms and sizes of the construction section of the ramp-up function table. This will not only be able to solve the problems associated with the construction of the gradient section, but also will have some reference significance to the hydraulic design. At present, the principle and method of solution lofting construction for a kind of gradually changing section in hydraulics are introduced as follows. Taking the gradual section of power generation and water diversion pipe in a large hydropower station in our country as an example, for reference.
