2006年2月,阿根廷境内南纬42度以北地区发现了牛○型口蹄疫,农业部与国家质量监督检验检疫总局联合发布了2006年第609号公告,禁止直接或间接从阿根廷南纬42度以北地区输入偶蹄动物及其产品。近期,应阿根廷政府申请,质检总局对部分阿根廷乳制品的生产加工工艺进行了风险评估,并确认其相应工艺符合我国卫生安全要求。决定自即日起,允许阿根廷产黄油、乳清粉、全脂奶粉、浓缩乳清蛋白共四个品种的乳制品向中国的出口。
In February 2006, the cattle-type foot-and-mouth disease was discovered in the north of 42 degrees south latitude in Argentina. The Ministry of Agriculture and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China jointly issued Notice No. 609 of 2006, prohibiting directly or indirectly 42 degrees south from Argentina. In the north, cloven-hoofed animals and their products are imported. Recently, on the request of the Argentine government, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine carried out a risk assessment on the production and processing of some Argentine dairy products, and confirmed that the corresponding process complies with the requirements of China’s health and safety. The decision was made to allow the export of four varieties of dairy products, namely butter, whey powder, whole milk powder, and whey protein concentrate, from Argentina to China.
