作为我党的优良传统,企业思想政治工作在新时期依然有着重要的作用。但是,在企业的思想政治工作中出现了对思想政治工作重视不够、政工队伍素质与现实要求差距较大、思想政治工作内容陈旧、思想政治工作方法落后等问题。这些问题的存在制约了思想政治工作功能的发挥,因此,在进一步的工作开展中,要切实转变理念,高度重视思想政治工作,提升政工队伍素质,丰富思想政治工作内容,创新思想政治工作方法,全面提升思想政治工作的成效。
