我们正处在世纪之交的关键时刻,把一个什么样的崇文带入21世纪日益为全区上下所关注。中共崇文区委、区政府决心大力发展经济,带领全区人民以崭新的姿态向21世纪迈进。 一、大力发展全区经济的现实起点 要构筑面向21世纪的坚实经济基础,就必须进一步深化对全区区情的认识,以充分利用经济学中的比较优势原理,实现全区资源的优化配置。总括起来,我区发展经济的比较优势主要表现在如下几个方面:
