1月3日浦东改革与发展研究院邀请上海著名经济学家、社会学家和美食以及新闻界人士,对“红子鸡现象”进行了研讨。 “红子鸡现象”说的是这样一件事:在上海3万多家大小不等的餐饮企业中,当前有许多企业不很景气,但也有少数企业生意兴隆,人们称这种现象为“萧条中的繁荣”。座落于澳门路的“红子鸡美食总汇”一开张,生意更是一片红火。人们又称之谓“红子鸡现象”。
