江山股份是中国历史最悠久的国家农药制造骨干企业,前身为成立于1958年的国营南通农药厂,2001年在上海证券交易所上市。公司已通过质量管理体系、信息管理体系认证和安全标准化体系验收。公司占地面积1 750亩,总资产35亿元,建有电厂、水厂、长江码头、氯碱化工、农药及其中间体、三废治理等配套齐全的工业设施。公司设有董事会办公室、总经理办公室、人力资源部、战略发展部、安全监督部、生产管理中心、营销中心、商务风险管理部、工程技术部等15个部室以及5个工厂,另外控股研发、化工生产及贸易等业务的3家子公司。
Jiangshan shares is China’s oldest national pesticide manufacturing backbone enterprises, formerly known as the state-owned Nantong Pesticide Factory was established in 1958, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2001. The company has passed the quality management system, information management system certification and safety standardization system acceptance. The company covers an area of 1 750 mu, with a total assets of 3.5 billion yuan, built a full set of industrial facilities such as power plants, waterworks, the Yangtze River Wharf, chlor-alkali chemical industry, pesticides and intermediates, waste management. The company has 15 departments and offices and 5 factories, including the office of the board of directors, general manager’s office, human resources department, strategic development department, safety supervision department, production management center, marketing center, business risk management department and engineering department.
