贺阳同志多年致力于企业改革研究。他在政府里做过官,直接参与过决策部门对企业体制改革与分配、保障制度改革的设计;在企业里当过老总,有丰富的实践经验,在学术上也颇有建树,“弃”官“下海”后,仍笔耕不缀,用学者和实践者的双重眼光看待企业改革。这里我们选登他近期写的一组文章,希望文章对企业经营者有所启迪。
Comrade He Yang devoted many years to enterprise reform research. He has worked as an official in the government and has directly participated in the design of the reform and distribution of the enterprise system and the reform of the protection system in the decision-making department; he has served as a veteran in the company, has rich practical experience, and has a lot of academic achievements. After the “officials” and the “sea”, they are still unsuccessful in writing, and they look at corporate reforms with the dual vision of scholars and practitioners. Here we choose to write a set of articles he wrote recently, hoping that the article will be instructive to business operators.
