目的探讨中央区乳腺癌保乳治疗的可行性及手术操作技巧。方法回顾性分析平煤神马医疗集团总医院63例中央区乳腺癌行保乳治疗资料,其中0期7例,Ⅰ期29例,Ⅱ期27例,11例切除了乳头乳晕,19例行背阔肌肌瓣转移填充。结果所有患者随访18~36个月,5例局部复发。术后患侧乳房外观评价:37例优秀,15例良好,8例一般,良好率86.6%。结论位于中央区的早期乳腺癌患者,经过规范保乳治疗,术后乳腺外观满意,并不增加复发风险。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and operation skills of breast conserving therapy in central area. Methods Retrospective analysis of 63 cases of central breast cancer breast conserving treatment data in Pingdingshan Shenma Medical Group General Hospital, including 0 in 7 cases, Ⅰ in 29 cases, Ⅱ in 27 cases, 11 cases of nipple areola, 19 cases Lattice muscle flap transfer filling. Results All patients were followed up 18 to 36 months, 5 cases of local recurrence. Postoperative ipsilateral breast appearance evaluation: 37 cases were excellent, 15 cases were good, 8 cases were normal, good rate was 86.6%. Conclusion Early breast cancer patients in the central area, after standardized breast-conserving treatment, satisfied with the appearance of the postoperative breast and did not increase the risk of recurrence.
