灵宝市农业综合开发存量资金土地治理项目区位于灵宝市豫灵镇庙上村和故县镇神底村、张姚村,属暖温带大陆型季风气候,多年平均气温为13.90℃,项目区地势平坦、耕地面积集中,且水资源丰富。设计主要涉及666.67 hm2中低产田改造项目的机电井、田间供水管网、输变电、田间机耕道工程,并经项目评价分析,其经济效益、社会效益和生态效益突出,项目可行。
Lingbao Agricultural Comprehensive Development Stock Fund Land Management The project area is located in Miaoxing Village of Lingzhen City and the village of Zhangyao Village and Zhangyao Village of Xu County, which belongs to the warm temperate continental monsoon climate. The annual average temperature is 13.90 ℃. The terrain of the project area Flat, arable land concentrated, and rich in water resources. The design mainly involves the electromechanical wells, field water supply pipe network, transmission and transformation, and farm machinery tractor works of the 666.67 hm2 medium and low yield farmland improvement project. After the project evaluation and analysis, its economic, social and ecological benefits are prominent and the project is feasible.
