贵州省习水县铜灌口水库工程位于习水县西南面,坝址地处同民河中游,距习水县城53 km。工程水库枢纽建筑物设计混凝土量约9万m3,除泄洪洞采用C30及以上强度等级外(0.23万m3),其余采用C25及以下强度等级。文章通过对砂石骨料母岩化学成分、物理力学性能指标的试验,骨料品质指标检验分析,以及砂岩骨料拌制的混凝土抗压强度分析,认为该工程用砂岩拌制C30以下混凝土,可以节约成本,缩短工期。
The Cuishoukou Reservoir Project of Xishui County, Guizhou Province is located in the southwest of Xishui County. The dam site is located at the middle reaches of the Tongmin River and 53 km away from Xiushui County. The designed concrete volume of the engineering reservoir hub building is about 90,000m3, except for the spillway tunnels with the strength level of C30 or above (23,000m3), and the rest of the concrete strength classes using C25 and below. Based on the analysis of the chemical composition, physical and mechanical properties of aggregate, the test of aggregate quality index and the analysis of compressive strength of concrete mixed with sandstone aggregate, it is considered that the project mix sand concrete with C30 or less, Can save costs and shorten the construction period.
