一种高强预应力砼管桩正在珠江三角洲迅速发展,管桩外径300、400、500mm,分段预制,焊接连接,砼强度达780MPa,钢筋采用日本标准预应力螺纹钢筋,强度等级为1275/1420(N/mm~2),表面螺纹是刻痕的螺旋线,钢筋由特种的热轧盘条经冷拔和热处理而成。管桩的预应力主筋采用成批模外张拉工艺,离心法成型,带模常压蒸养及脱模后高压蒸养。
A high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile is developing rapidly in the Pearl River Delta. The outside diameter of the pipe pile is 300, 400, and 500mm. Segmented prefabrication, welded connection, and the strength of the concrete is up to 780 MPa. The steel bar is made of Japanese standard prestressed rebar and the strength class is 1275/ 1420 (N/mm~2), the surface thread is a notched spiral, and the rebar is made of special hot-rolled wire rods after cold drawing and heat treatment. The prestressed main tendons of pipe piles adopt a batch of external die tension process, which is formed by centrifugation, and is subjected to high-pressure steam curing after stripping at normal pressure and after demoulding.
