[目的 /意义]针对现有研究对企业技术竞争力评价过程中专利指标设置单一、综合对比能力差、部分指标难以量化的问题,从技术规模、技术质量、技术价值3个角度构建企业技术竞争力评价体系,以帮助企业进行技术战略决策。[方法 /过程]从专利中抽取11个反映企业技术竞争力的指标,并结合组合赋权法建立企业技术竞争力的评价模型,以LTE-Advanced技术专利申请量前20的企业为例,对模型进行初步应用。[结果 /结论]将评价结果和以往研究进行对比分析,结果显示本文的综合评价模型可以更好地揭示该技术领域企业的竞争地位,为企业的技术战略决策提供参考。
[Purpose / Significance] In view of the existing problems such as single patent index setting, poor comprehensive comparison ability and difficult to quantify some indicators in the evaluation of technological competitiveness of enterprises in the existing research, the technological competition of enterprises is constructed from three aspects: technology scale, technical quality and technical value Force evaluation system to help enterprises make technical strategic decisions. [Method / Process] Eleven indicators that reflect the technological competitiveness of enterprises are extracted from the patents, and the evaluation model of the technological competitiveness of the enterprises is established based on the portfolio weighting method. Taking the top 20 enterprises in the LTE-Advanced patent application as an example, Model for initial application. [Result / Conclusion] By comparing the evaluation results with previous studies, the results show that the comprehensive evaluation model in this paper can better reveal the competitive position of the enterprises in the technology field and provide reference for the technological strategy decision of the enterprises.
