各市、县国土环境资源局、建设与国土环境资源局、国土资源局、环境保护局、环境资源局、建设与环境资源局、土地管理局:当前,非典型肺炎在我国部分地区传播,对群众身心健康和正常生产、生活秩序构成重大威胁。根据国家环保总局《关于进一步加大对医疗废水与医疗垃圾监管力度的紧急通知》(环发[2003]71号)和《关于做好防治非典型肺炎和有关环保工作的紧急通知》(环发[2003]73号),为进一步加强“非典”时期我省医疗废水和医疗垃圾监管工作,防止二次污染和非典型肺炎疫病的扩散与传播,做好我省非典型肺炎防治工作,现就有关事项通知如下:
