职业中学的教学研究工作,是职业技术教育发展中不可忽视的一项工作,是实现教学目的提供教学依据、提高教学质量的前提。下面仅就职业中学教研活动的统筹与管理,结合萍乡市职业中学教学研究工作的具体情况,谈谈自己粗浅的看法。 一、组好班子——布局教研网络 为了打破职业中学教学领域中长期单一化的传统观念,扭转职业中学教研活动无人问津的状况,我们逐步建立了职业技术教育教研班子,保证教研工作有人抓,有人管,工作落到实处。 首先,建立以专职职教教研员和学科、专业课教研组正、副组长为主要成员的教学研究中心,由市教研室和市教育局职教科领导。形成教研管理工作的主体框架,从宏观的角度,组织、管理、协调并参与各项教研活动,是整个职业技术教育教研工作的研究中心和指挥中心。教学研究中心的成员由那些热爱职业教育、热爱教研工作、熟悉专业业务、具有良好的组织能力和社交能力的优秀管理人员和骨干教师所组成。
