回顾宁波开发开放过程,我们可以看到,小平同志在组织搞5个特区建设和14个沿海城市开放的过程中,时时刻刻在考虑以上海为中心的长江下游三角洲的改革开放和发展问题。组织与上海相邻,并与上海有悠久历史文化经济联系的宁波开发开放,正是后来开发浦东、重振上海雄风、发挥上海“龙头”作用、带动长江流域发展的一个前奏曲。
Looking back at the process of Ningbo’s development and opening up, we can see that in organizing the five special zones under construction and the opening up of 14 coastal cities, Comrade Xiaoping always considers the issue of reform, opening up and development of the delta in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River with Shanghai as its center. The organization and development of Ningbo, which is adjacent to Shanghai and has a long history of cultural and economic ties with Shanghai, is just a prelude to the development of Pudong, the rejuvenation of Shanghai’s glory and the “leading role” of Shanghai in promoting the development of the Yangtze River.
