运用静态吸咐重量法研究了几种化学二氧化锰(CMD)新产品对水的吸咐。结果表明,各CMD试样吸咐水的等温线均呈现Ⅱ类BET吸咐等温线的特征。在空气中CMD的吸湿性随样品比孔容的增大而增大。经493K预处理2小时的CMD比393K预处理2小时的吸湿性好。分析了不同预处理温度吸咐等温线的数据及CMD在空气中的红外光谱。说明了水蒸汽使CMD作为CO氧化催化剂中毒的原因。
The adsorption of water on several new chemical manganese dioxide (CMD) products was studied by static adsorption weight method. The results show that the isotherms of the water adsorbed by each CMD sample are characterized by the type II BET adsorption isotherms. The hygroscopicity of CMD in air increases with the increase of pore volume. CMD treated with 493K for 2 hours had better hygroscopicity than 393K for 2 hours. The data of adsorption isotherms at different pretreatment temperatures and the infrared spectra of CMD in air were analyzed. The reason why water vapor causes CMD poisoning as CO oxidation catalyst is explained.
