石油是关系到国计民生和中国经济发展的重要资源。现行的石油定价机制存在着一系列的矛盾和问题。本文讨论的是过渡时期内对石油定价的几点建议,以及关于未来开放石油价格所具备的条件问题。
Oil is an important resource that relates to national economy and the people’s livelihood and China’s economic development. The current oil pricing mechanism has a series of contradictions and problems. This article discusses some of the recommendations for oil pricing during the transitional period, as well as the conditions for the future liberalization of oil prices.
