目的:建立风热感冒颗粒中连翘苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDBC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(35∶65);检测波长为277 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min;进样量为10μL;采用外标法以峰面积计算含量。结果:连翘苷浓度在0.124~0.620 mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=5.445 5×10~4ρ+2.094 9×10~4(r=0.999 6),连翘苷平均回收率为98.3%,(RSD为0.52%,n=6),风热感冒颗粒中含连翘苷0.064 2 mg/g.结论:本方法灵敏、准确、稳定可靠、重复性好,可适用于风热感冒颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of forsythin in Fengregangan granule. METHODS: The chromatographic column was ZORBAX Eclipse XDBC18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (35:65). The detection wavelength was 277 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. The injection volume was 10 μL ; Using external standard method to calculate the peak area. Results: Forsythin had a good linearity in the range of 0.124 ~ 0.620 mg / m L, and the regression equation was A = 5.445 5 × 10-4ρ + 2.094 9 × 10-4 (r = 0.999 6) The average recovery was 98.3% (RSD: 0.52%, n = 6), and forsytholone contained 0.064 2 mg / g of forsythin in the febrile cold.Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate, reliable and reproducible. Determination of forsythin in the granules of the wind and hot cold granules.
