在我国进入全面建成小康社会决定性阶段之际,举世瞩目的中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会在北京胜利召开。这次大会高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,承前启后、继往开来,勾画了全面建成小康社会、夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利、加快推进社会主义现代化的宏伟蓝图,吹响了创造中国人民更加幸福美好生活、实现中华民族伟大复兴的号角。深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,是当前摆在各级公安机关面前的首要政治任务。公安法制部门要认真学习好、领会好、落实好党的十八大精神,推动公安法制工作不断开创新局面、迈上新台阶。
