强化物资成本管理,是提升建筑企业经济效益的重要组成部分。本文在认真分析当前建筑企业物资成本控制中存在问题的基础上,提出了加强物资成本控制的主要思路和对策,以期实现建筑企业物资管理创效,促进建筑企业可持续发展。
Strengthening material cost management is an important part of enhancing the economic benefits of construction enterprises. On the basis of carefully analyzing the existing problems in the material cost control of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward the main ideas and countermeasures to control the material cost in order to realize the material management of construction enterprises and promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
