Anti-dumping, as a means of restricting imports that are generally accepted and widely accepted by all countries in the world, is a principle established in the 1948 General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. With the development of the world economy, this approach has gradually evolved into a major tool for countries to protect their domestic industries. The WTO anti-dumping agreement stipulates that the exporting country exports products to importing countries at a price lower than the normal value, and gives the same to the importing countries.
