西安市局11月17日召开旺季通信生产动员大会以后,各基层单位结合本单位实际情况,精心安排,以确保旺季通信任务的顺利完成。在旺季生产中,邮件运输将面临严峻形势,据市局调度室反映,我局重件的运能缺口量将达88万多袋。为此,生产调度室提出,转运、交换、押运、邮运等生产科,要充分挖掘潜力,合理组织运输,做到四杜绝:即杜绝大批邮件积压和漏、错接发;杜绝重大通信事故和行车事故;杜绝打架斗殴,野蛮装卸;杜绝利用工作之便走私贩私等违法乱纪行为。
