高职教育作为高等教育重要的组成部分,近年来得以迅速发展,其培养的人才在社会主义建设的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,在实施职业教育的同时,人们更多注重的是对在校高职院校学生科学技能的培养,但是却没有足够注重人文关怀,单纯注重对“工具人”培养,固然为生产一线培养了大批技术人才,但是高职生理应得到的人文关怀却并未与之同步。文章着眼于人文关怀的价值,探究了实施人文关怀应当注意的环节,并有所针对性的探究了实施人文关怀的相关策略。
Higher vocational education, as an important part of higher education, has developed rapidly in recent years and its personnel trained have played an increasingly important role in the process of building socialism. However, at the same time of implementing vocational education, people pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ science and technology skills in higher vocational colleges, but they do not pay enough attention to humane care. They simply pay attention to cultivating “tool people ”, First-line training a large number of technical personnel, but higher vocational students should be humane care has not been synchronized. Focusing on the value of humane care, the article explores the links that should be paid attention to in implementing humane care and probes into the related strategies of humane care.
